Flow Into Spring: What Is It?
Flow Into Spring: a yoga therapist, a river, and the program that might be exactly what spring ordered.
Something inside is flowing into Spring
Flow Into Spring Is the Season to Find Out What.
Hi, Let’s be data forward about something.
Every single one of us is moving through something. Maybe you have been sitting with it for six months. Maybe seven years. Maybe it showed up quietly, as a feeling that the life you are living is slightly off from the life that is actually yours. Not broken. Not failing. Just not quite aligned yet.
Or maybe things are already good. Maybe life is genuinely working, and what you feel is not a gap but a pull: toward more depth, more coherence, more of what is already true. You are not here because something is wrong. You are here because you trust yourself enough to want more of what is right.
Either way, that is not a problem to fix. That is an invitation to answer.

Spring, as a season, does not grow from lack. It grows from pressure that has been building all winter, from something underneath the surface that has been gathering itself, waiting for the right conditions to move. That is exactly the energy this program is built for.
Flow Into Spring is not a recovery program. It is an activation container. You do not come here because something is wrong with you. You come because something in you is ready, and you want to move toward it with intention, structure, and support.
That is where yoga therapy enters the conversation.
What is Flow Into Spring, actually?
Flow Into Spring is a virtual yoga therapy intensive for professionals and creatives who are ready to stop spinning and start moving with actual direction.
It is not a yoga class. It is not a retreat. It is not a motivational seminar where someone yells about your potential while you eat granola.
It is four live group sessions, held every other Sunday over eight weeks, facilitated by Osiris Booque, an internationally certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and the youngest Black man to hold that credential. Each session runs two hours. Between sessions, you have home practice, journaling, and a peer community to keep the momentum alive.
The methodology draws from three frameworks:
Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy opens a direct dialogue between your body, your breath, and your lived experience. This is where self-discovery stops being theoretical.
Ikigai provides a structured lens for finding where your passion, profession, vocation, and mission actually overlap. Not where you wish they did. Where they do.
The Harada Method translates all of that insight into concrete, trackable action plans with built-in accountability. Because clarity without execution is just expensive journaling.
Together, they form a single coherent process that builds psychosocial-emotional coherence: Osiris’s term for the alignment between how you feel, what you know, and how you show up.
The four Flow Into Spring sessions, in plain language
Flow Into Spring moves through a four-stage arc that is deceptively simple and profoundly effective.
Session 1: Befriending Awareness
You stop running from what is actually happening in your career, your body, and your relationships. You cultivate presence. You notice the patterns shaping how you show up without immediately trying to fix, explain, or escape them. This is harder than it sounds. Most of us have not sat quietly with ourselves in years.
Session 2: Accepting Choice
You recognize what your current patterns are actually producing. Not what you intended them to produce. What they are producing. Then you reclaim the power to choose differently. This is where coherence between intention and action starts to take shape.
Session 3: Discerning Truth
You cut through the noise of fear, other people’s expectations, and stories you inherited from circumstances that no longer apply. You identify what is genuinely true. Then you build the strategic clarity to align your career with your authentic self. That phrase sounds like a bumper sticker until you do the work, at which point it sounds like something you should have done three years ago.
Session 4: Truth Flows Into Action
You translate clarity into concrete, committed action. You build the embodied confidence to carry this work forward when the program ends and the river keeps moving.
Who Flow Into Spring is for
Flow Into Spring is for you if any of the following is true:
You are a professional who senses a growing gap between what you are doing and who you actually are, and the gap is starting to cost you energy you cannot afford to spend.
You are an entrepreneur or creative who has the ideas, the work ethic, and the ambition, but something keeps interrupting the follow-through. You suspect the interruption is internal.
You are navigating a season of growth and you want structure, community, and a guide who has done this work himself.
You are already in alignment and you want more of it. Things are working. You feel it. And you are ready to go deeper, move with more intention, and build on what is already true.
You have never done yoga, or you have been practicing for years. It does not matter. Flow Into Spring meets your body, not the other way around. As a certified yoga therapist, Osiris specializes in adaptive approaches. Injuries, chronic conditions, and mobility considerations are addressed individually. That is the actual difference between yoga and yoga therapy.
Who Flow Into Spring is not for
If you are looking for a drop-in yoga class with a good playlist and some breathwork, this is not it.
If you cannot commit to every-other-Sunday sessions over eight weeks, this is not it.
If you are in active mental health crisis, please seek clinical support first. Yoga therapy is a powerful complement to mental health care, not a replacement for it.
What Flow Into Spring includes
When you enroll, here is what you get:
Four live group yoga therapy sessions, two hours each, via Zoom, with recordings available after each one. The Spring Pathbook with journal prompts and homework for every session. A virtual peer community. Email support with a 48-hour response time. And a certificate of completion.
If you miss a session, you have the recording. You can miss up to two and still receive your certificate. The live process is where the deepest work happens, so full attendance is encouraged. But life is real, and the program accommodates it.
The investment is $1,200 at the Community tier or $1,440 at the Supporter tier, which helps fund broader access for others. Scholarship and work exchange options are available.
On the person leading Flow Into Spring
Osiris Booque did not arrive at this work through a straight line. He arrived through burnout.
A lifelong musician and performer, he hit a moment where creative expression alone could not hold everything he was carrying. He needed practices that could sustain not just the body and spirit, but the full coherence required to build a life with purpose. That search led him through thousands of hours of rigorous clinical training, and eventually to a credential that fewer than a handful of people his age and background hold.
His program Flow for Black Lives was recognized as a Top 5 Global Impact Project by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. He has facilitated sessions for Google, Hulu, IKEA, Sony Music, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and UC Davis.
He brings all of that into every session. And he is, by all accounts, actually funny.
Flow Into Spring and the bigger picture
Flow Into Spring does not exist in isolation. It is one movement in a larger seasonal cycle at Osiris Yoga Therapy, a rolling annual series of group programs designed to meet people wherever they are in the year and carry them forward. The river metaphor is intentional. You do not need to have been swimming upstream to join it. You just have to be ready to get in.
Spring is an activation season. Flow Into Spring is designed for momentum. Whether you are seeking a shift or deepening what is already working, this is the program built to meet that energy and give it direction.
The last thing
You do not need to have it all figured out before you enroll in Flow Into Spring. You do not need prior yoga experience. You do not need to be in transition, in crisis, or even in doubt.
Maybe you are already moving well and you want more of what that feels like. Maybe something is quietly asking for your attention and you are finally ready to listen. Maybe you just know it is time.
All of it is a valid reason to get in the river.
Flow Into Spring is the container for that work.
